What do I receive after purchase?
You receive access details for the Notion template so you can duplicate it into your own Notion workspace and customize it for your needs.
Do I need a paid Notion account?
Most PhaseNotion templates work with a free Notion account. Some advanced team workflows may benefit from Notion team features, but they are not required for basic use.
Can I customize the templates?
Yes. You can rename sections, edit database properties, change views, add pages, and adapt the template to your workflow after duplicating it.
Are the products physical items?
No. PhaseNotion products are digital Notion templates, so nothing is shipped physically.
How quickly will I get access?
Access is available after checkout through your order details and account area. If anything looks missing, contact support and we will help.
Can I use a template for my team?
Yes, you can use templates inside a team workspace. Make sure everyone who needs access is invited through your own Notion settings.
Do you offer refunds?
Because templates are digital goods, refunds are handled according to the Shipping & Refund Policy. Contact us if you purchased the wrong item or cannot access your template.
